We are in the final stages of packing up our head office at 9 Thompson St, Bowen Hills as we prepare to welcome contractors to embark on a major renovation. Whilst we will continue to deliver services without disruption over the coming months, we wanted to share with you some changes to where you might meet us during the renovation.
Our Brisbane surveying, town planning and urban design teams will be temporarily relocating to Level 5 of WeWork at 25 King Street, Bowen Hills during the construction until approximately July. All of our meeting spaces at our head office will be unavailable during our renovation. For any in-person meetings whilst the head office construction is in progress, we will be hosting at WeWork instead of our normal office meeting rooms. If you are joining one of our team for an in-person meeting, we will provide you the location details before you arrive, and if you need assistance please call us on 1300 123 744.
Our Environmental and Landscape Architecture teams will continue operating from a section of head office that is already renovated, however clients will be unable to visit during the construction period as we build our new reception and meeting rooms. In-person meetings for these teams will be held at WeWork as well.
Head office deliveries (couriers, supplies), will continue being received at our Head Office. Please continue to send deliveries to our head office address (9 Thompson St, Bowen Hills), and we can accept these deliveries at our clearly marked temporary reception.
Our Springfield team will continue operating as normal. We will continue to host meetings at our boardroom in our Springfield office.
