The Trails Residential Development, Redland Bay, Queensland (EPBC2021/9047)
The following notice is published pursuant to section 95B(4) of the EPBC Act.
SRCP (Shoreline) Pty Ltd is seeking approval under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) to develop a residential development and open space at Lot 12 on SP268704 located at Serpentine Creek Road, Redland Bay, Queensland (EPBC 2021/9047).
The proposed development was determined a controlled action under the EPBC Act with assessment by Preliminary Documentation. The controlling provisions are listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 and 18A of the EPBC Act), including the Koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) (combined populations of QLD, NSW and ACT) and Greater Glider (Petauroides volans).
The Preliminary Documentation for the proposal was published and public comments were sought between Monday the 19th January to Monday the 9th February 2026. A total of 35 comments were received. The period for public comment has now closed.
A copy of the Preliminary Documentation and a summary of the comments received is available for public viewing for a period of 10 business days from Tuesday the 17th March to Monday the 30th March. Hard copies of the Preliminary Documentation and summary of comments will be available at each of the following locations:
