Urban Development Project, 944-1024 Ripley Road, South Ripley, Queensland (EPBC 2023-09690)
AW Bidco 6 Pty Ltd is seeking approval under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) to develop a residential community at 944-1024 Ripley Road, South Ripley, Queensland (EPBC 2023-09690).
The proposed development was determined a controlled action under the EPBC Act with assessment by Preliminary Documentation. The controlling provisions are listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 and 18A of the EPBC Act), including the Koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) (combined populations of QLD, NSW and ACT).
Public comments on the Preliminary Documentation for the proposed development were sought for a period of 15 business days from Tuesday the 16th of December 2025 to Thursday the 8th of January 2026.
No submissions were received.
Hard copies of the Preliminary Documentation for the proposed development will be available for viewing only for a period of 10 business days from Tuesday 27th January to Monday 9th February 2026 at each of the following locations:
