Saunders Havill Group was proud to deliver the approval for Silk Woolloongabba, a significant urban regeneration project on Stanley Street, adjacent to The Gabba. Led by Town Planning Principal Nick Christofis and Senior Planner Amy Russell, SHG secured development approvals in collaboration with developers Sarazin Property and Southlake Group, alongside project architects Nettleton Tribe and a team of consultants. The project successfully navigated a range of complex land titling, planning, and engineering challenges. The approved development includes three high-rise towers comprising 529 residential units, ground-floor retail tenancies, and a commercial/office podium.
